Would you like to bring balance and attention to your womb and hormonal cycle with a deeply relaxing massage?

Womb Massage is a nourishing and profound treatment that combines abdominal and sacral massage, pulsing and rebozo work to bring balance and harmony to the reproductive, digestive and sacral areas.

This is a wonderful massage for women of all ages who want to focus on their hormonal and reproductive health. It is a beautiful way to boost your creativity and bring balance to the womb and emotional self.

This massage draws on traditional techniques from many cultures and is especially nurturing for women with menstrual health issues, those trying to conceive, new mothers and those experiencing the threshold of menopause.


Fiona is a professional and knows a lot about healing and female health. Her massage has helped come out of a very stuck place in my gut and womb area and I'm very grateful for her expertise and support. 

What to Expect

The treatment begins with a back massage, using both shiatsu and traditional massage techniques over the lower back, sacral and gluteal areas. Following this, the abdomen is massaged, working from above the pubic bone to the ribcage. The treatment ends with being lovingly wrapped around the feet, hips and head which allows the body to relax into a feeling of safety and being held, similar to how may babies enjoy being swaddled.

Often other healing techniques are included, such as
closing the bones. Sound and energy work may also be included to bring balance to the body and mind.

The initial treatment is for 2 hours which includes an in depth consultation about your menstrual health as well as demonstrations of self-care techniques. Subsequent sessions are an hour long.


My aim is to provide a safe space for you to deeply relax and enjoy the massage, and your dignity is respected at all times.
