Red Tent
The Red Tent movement aims to reclaim women's sacred time by gathering in circle to share our stories, our challenges and our joys in a safe and nurturing space where we can share what is in our hearts and be heard and appreciated wherever we are in our lives. |
A Red Tent is a space for women to care for each other and be seen and heard for all that we are, wherever we are in our life's journey.

The Frome Red Tent meets once a month around the dark or new moon. We share food and tea along with our stories, challenges and triumphs. Women of all ages and backgrounds are invited to come and share their experience and skills, or to simply sit quietly in the company of other women. There is no hierarchy within the circle and we are happy to share the role of faciltator which enables our gatherings to grow organically.
Check out the Red Tent Frome Facebook page for updates on the new moon meetings. We are also listed on the Red Tent Directory. |
As we move around the seasons, different themes may emerge such as letting go of stories and patterns that no longer serve us, making vision boards for our desired future, making menstrual charting bracelets, celebration, honouring our ancestors etc.
