Spirit

"The greatest privilege of a human life is to become a midwife to the awakening of the Soul in another person." - Plato

PictureVision Quest 2015
For women, the initiations of menarche (first bleed), birth and menopause hold great importance as they are the gateways into deeper levels of emotional and physical wisdom. Too often in our culture, these initiatory times are fraught with difficulty, leaving women to carry trauma and dis-ease with them on their journey, resulting in emotional problems and physical illness. When these important points in our lives are ignored, or worse, traumatic, then we are unable to step into our full potential.

The shamanic techniques that I have learned over the years help to release this stuck energy so that we can step forward from our pain and into healing and the power that is our birthright.

Please get in touch if I may be of service with co-creating ceremony with you.

Other services that I offer:
  • Red Tent gatherings
  • Menstrual cycle mentoring
  • Mother Blessing ceremonies
  • Closing the Bones postnatal ceremonies
  • Mentoring and circles for young women
  • Drum making workshops (coming soon)

"In many shamanic societies, if you came to a medicine person complaining of being disheartened, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask one of four questions. When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing? When did you stop being enchanted by stories? When did you stop finding comfort in the sweet territory of silence?"
