Birthing From Within Classes

BIRTHING FROM WITHIN® are visionary leaders in holistic birth preparation and healing. This dynamic and life changing approach offers a unique and inspirational way to prepare for birth, merging story, art and experiential process with practical information and support.

In our culture, birth preparation has usually become limited to information-gathering. Birthing From Within believes that preparing for birth needs to be soulful as well as cultivating inner strength and determination, so I work with parents to assist them in integrating the powerful and life changing experiences of birth and parenthood.

Birthing From Within Private Antenatal Sessions - a deep and life changing course to emotionally and psychologically prepare for birth and parenting.

A course of six structured birth preparation sessions (a total of twelve hours) given in the comfort of your own home, which take parents on a journey of self discovery and empowerment on their birth journey. Each session has a different theme and will include birth physiology, mythology, mindfulness practices and birth art.

The investment for the couples Birthing From Within Private Antenatal Course is £599.

I am also available to run group courses. These will need a minimum of three couples to run, and will cost £299 per couple. Please get in touch if you are interested in either the private or group courses.

BIRTHING FROM WITHIN® was conceived and developed by Pam England, MA, CNM, a home birth midwife and mother who, inspired by her own birth experiences, developed this innovative, holistic approach to childbirth and postpartum preparation.
